For Ground Owners

User Accounts

Account Requirements

  • • Must be 18 years or older
  • • Provide accurate and complete information
  • • Maintain account security and confidentiality
  • • One account per person or business entity
  • • Verify identity when required

Ground Owner Verification

Ground owners must complete identity verification including government ID, business registration, and bank account details before listing grounds.

Payments & Fees

Platform Fees

  • Ground Owners: 10% commission on bookings
  • Players: No booking fees
  • Setup: Free for all users
  • Cancellation: As per cancellation policy

Payment Processing

  • • Secure payment gateway integration
  • • Weekly payouts to ground owners
  • • Automatic tax calculations
  • • Refund processing within 5-7 business days

Important Payment Terms

  • • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • • Platform fees are deducted automatically
  • • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • • Tax compliance is the user's responsibility

User Conduct

Acceptable Use

  • • Use services for legitimate sports bookings
  • • Provide accurate ground and booking information
  • • Respect other users and ground facilities
  • • Follow ground rules and safety guidelines
  • • Report issues or violations promptly

Prohibited Activities

  • • Creating fake accounts or listings
  • • Fraudulent bookings or payments
  • • Harassment or discriminatory behavior
  • • Damaging ground facilities or equipment
  • • Violating local laws or regulations
  • • Circumventing platform fees

GroundsHunt is a platform that facilitates connections between ground owners and players. We do not own or operate sports facilities and are not responsible for the condition, safety, or availability of listed grounds.

User Responsibility

Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. GroundsHunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
